Looking After Your Oboz

Clean, Proof and Dry

Your Oboz footwear is designed and constructed to support you in all kinds of outdoor activities and weather. However, with a little bit of care, you will extend the life of your boots and help keep your feet drier and happier.

Three easy steps using our Oboz Shoe Care Kit: Clean, Proof and Dry make the difference.

Step 1: Clean the footwear

  • Remove the shoelaces so they can be washed separately.
  • Use a brush to remove any loose or caked-on dirt.
  • Close any zips or Velcro on the footwear.
  • Spray the Oboz Footwear Cleaner directly onto the areas you want to clean.
  • Use a clean cloth or brush to work the cleaner into the material.
  • Wipe off the excess with a wet, clean cloth.
  • For best results, rinse lightly and allow the footwear to dry before the next step. 
Step 2: Repel water
  • Ensure the footwear is clean and slightly damp for optimal results.
  • Shake the bottle of Oboz Footwear Proofer and spray it on evenly.
  • Use a clean cloth to remove any excess product. 
Step 3: Dry and finish
  • Allow the footwear to dry completely away from direct heat sources.
